Terms of Service
Last updated: June 13, 2026
These terms govern your use of neuyac.com (the “Site”), operated by Neuhaus & Yacoob LLC. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
No Legal Advice
The content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not legal advice. Reading this Site or using its forms does not substitute for advice from a licensed attorney about your specific situation.
No Attorney–Client Relationship
Submitting an intake form, sending a message, or making a payment does not create an attorney–client relationship. A relationship is formed only when the Firm and the client sign a written engagement (retainer) agreement. Until then, please do not send confidential information you expect to be protected.
Intake & Document Preparation
Our intake form collects the information we need to evaluate your matter and, where engaged, to prepare draft documents. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. Quoted fees shown during intake are estimates for the selected service and may change after we review your matter. Exactly what a fee includes and excludes (for example, court filing fees) is defined in your written engagement agreement.
Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed securely through LawPay. Fees are handled in accordance with the applicable rules governing attorney fees, and any refund of unearned fees is governed by your written engagement agreement and those rules.
Third-Party Services
The Site relies on third-party providers (such as our payment processor and email provider) and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site is owned by or licensed to Neuhaus & Yacoob LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Firm is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. No result is guaranteed; prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site means you accept the current version.
